Shipping & Returns


The cost for shipping your parcel is €8.95.

As soon as we have registered your package with PostNL, you will receive an e-mail with a track& trace code with which you can track your package.

You can also find this track & trace code in your own OSKA account.


Of course, we hope you are happy with your order but if it is not quite what you expected, you can return the item within 14 days. The clothes are of course unworn and have the original label.

As soon as we have received the returned items, we will make sure that the return amount is transferred back into your account as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Items can only be returned within the 14-day period.

How to Return:

  • Enter the reason for return on your return form.
  • For returns, you can use the box in which you received the shipment.
  • Send your return to the reply number mentioned on the return form.
  • This reply number can only be used for shipments within the Netherlands or Belgium.

Return from other countries:

Our returns service is not yet available outside the Netherlands and Belgium. From other countries, you can return using a carrier of your choice and at your own expense.

Points of attention:

  • We would like to receive the item(s) back in original condition. This means that the item(s) have the original labels and no traces of use.
  • After receiving your return, you will receive a refund within 2 weeks via the payment method you used when ordering.
