Returns

We do our utmost best to deliver quality products and we find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If an article did not turn out as you imagined you can return the item within 14 days if the item is unworn, in original condition and bears the original tags. Upon receipt of your returns we will refund the purchase price. If you return your complete order we'll also refund the shipping costs. The costs for the return shall be borne by the customer. We would like to hear from you why you want to return the article(s).

Articles may only be changed or returned within the exchange term of 14 days.

How to return

  • Please add a note (in the box or via email) to explain the reason of the return.
  • For returns, use the box in which you received the shipment.
  • Send your return to the following address:

  • We recommend that you return the package insured. OSKA will not be held liable for lost or damaged parcels or articles.
  • Upon receipt of your returned article(s), you will receive a confirmation email and the refund via the payment method that you used when ordering.

Change

It is also possible to change an article for another article, size or colour. In this case, please contact us via email shopnl@oska.com or phone +31 43 3101768.

Wish List

‘Wish list’ items are items we do not carry in store but you may have seen them elsewhere and wish to order them. We do our best to source these items but not everything in the collection is reproduced and sometimes we are unable to get specific items you might be looking for.

We do receive top up stock of or original order until mid season, so if the size or colour of the items you are looking for is sold out, please call us and we will put your name on our wish list and call you if or when that item comes in.
